We only accept advance payment in our online shop.
The Sattler Winery reserves the ownership of all goods until full payment of the purchase price, including additional fees.

Terms of Shipment
For an order quantity, the Sattler Winery charges transport costs in addition to the prices specified. The amount of the currently applicable transport costs is displayed during the order process as well as in the order confirmation. For the delivery of the goods, the usage and risk are transferred to the buyer at the latest upon handing over to the buyer or their representative.
For deliveries to European countries, the actual delivery costs are invoiced.
The delivery takes place during normal business hours via an express service commissioned by the Sattler Winery. In the event of non-acceptance of the ordered goods, the Sattler Winery is entitled to demand the replacement of the additional expenditures arising as a result thereof, such as frustrated transport costs. This does not apply if the Sattler Winery fails to render its services in accordance with the contract.
The amounts indicated may be unilaterally modified by the Sattler Winery at any time for future contracts.
